Is it Scary?
Your experience at the warehouse is going to be unique to you. There is plenty to see inside, and many different scare tactics are used. For each person who exits the building calm and collected with a smile on their face, 5 others leave running and screaming. While each person has their own limitations and different things that scare them, we strive to make the haunt a fun and exhilarating experience for everyone.
How long does it take to go through?
People are always curious as to how long they will be at the mercy of the creatures inside. When asked this question, we always respond with: Who says you are gonna make It through??
Can I take pictures?
The use of digital cameras and camera phones is strictly prohibited inside the haunt. However, if you are lucky enough to catch one of the creatures roaming around outside, I’m sure they’ll be happy to take a picture with you if you ask. If you are lucky enough to leave with pictures, email them to us and we’ll post them on our website.
Can I take my kids through?
We don’t recommend our haunt for children under the age of 10. The best rule of thumb for the age limitations is you, the parent. You know your children better than anyone, and if you think your 6 year old can handle it, we aren’t going to stop you from bringing them in. On the other hand, there have been adults who aren’t able to handle the madness within.
Do you offer special pricing for children?
No, we are sorry we do not offer special pricing or special discounts for kids. The Warehouse is a scary attraction. We are here to scare you. That’s our job. We do not want to encourage young children to visit our attraction, as it may not be a pleasant experience for them or the adults who accompany them. But, if you insist on bringing them there are absolutely no refunds once you enter the attraction.
Can I leave if I get scared?
We understand that sometimes people think they can handle a haunted house, yet once inside are unable to tolerate the chaos. There are emergency exits throughout our haunt, and if you decide you no longer wish to continue your journey we will allow you to leave. Refunds are not given to those who exit early.
How many can be in one group?
We only allow 6 people to enter at a time. This is because haunted houses aren't designed to accommodate large groups of people at a time.

What is the Fast Pass?
With a Fast Pass ticket, you have a shorter wait time! The Fast Pass line is shorter and moves faster than the General Admission line and gets you 10% off merchandise.
Does The Warehouse offer group rates?
Yes! We offer a special price of $15 per person for groups of 20 or greater. Contact us via phone, e-mail, or message at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your group rate.
Do I have to pay to park?
Nope!! Parking is free.
Does The Warehouse accept credit cards?
Yes, our ticket office accepts most major credit cards
How long is the wait time?
It depends on the night. The earlier in the season you visit, the shorter the wait time.
Are the actors/monsters allowed to touch you?
No, but we do get very close. We wouldn’t touch you on purpose but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. We also have props that may touch you for a startle effect.
Will you get wet?
Yes there may be times when you come in contact with water. Please dress accordingly and wear appropriate footwear. This is for your safety and the safety of our actors.
Do we have restrooms?
Yes, we have indoor facilities.
Is there fog/smoke at our attraction?
Yes, we use fog machines
Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we use strobe lights.
Can I go through if I'm pregnant?
The Warehouse is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health. Please read our Warnings and Regulations .
Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to The Warehouse?
No. For safety reasons, we are sorry to say that visitors are not permitted to wear costumes.
Is your attraction open if it rains?
Yes!! We are completely indoors.
Does your attraction have security & safety personnel?
Yes, we have security on site at all times and a person on site that is trained in first aid and cpr.
Can we be thrown out of the haunt for any reason?
Yes!!! We will not tolerate any physical or emotional abuse, of any kind toward our staff or the other guests. Weapons of any kind, alcohol, or drugs are not allowed on the premises. We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your own safety. Please see our Warnings and Regulations for further details. If these rules are broken, we will attempt to correct the situation without removing the patron from the haunt. We do not want to throw anyone out. We simply want to keep our staff and our guests safe. If we must remove the violating guest, there is no refund.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No, and they are not allowed on the property.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside of our venue??
Is vaping allowed?
No, vaping is not allowed inside of our venue
Can we take photos of your haunted house?
No photos or videography will be permitted inside the attraction. However, you make take all the pictures out front you would like.
What is not allowed inside the haunt?
Absolutely but not limited to: no drugs, alcohol, pets, cameras, or weapons of any kind. You are subject to be searched at any time. Our suggestion is that you leave it in your vehicle.
Do you sell concessions and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes, we do.
Is the attraction the same every year?
No, we add to and/or change our attraction every year.
How do I apply for employment at The Warehouse?
Visit our employment page and complete our application form to apply. You must be at least 17 years old to work at The Warehouse.
What if I lose my belongings?
The Warehouse is not responsible for lost/ damaged property of any kind. This includes, but not limited to jewelry, cell phones, money, hats, purses, etc. This is why we suggest you leave those things in your vehicle.
